This is my sentence of the day:
These are not as good as the currently non-existent Readiness Reviews or the non-portable Transcenders, but they will do in a pinch.
Not as good as something that doesn''t exist... Hmm. I think you need to smoke some good stuff to have that make sense!

Okay... a friend sent me this link today, which was hilarious. But it reminded me of all the great flash fun on Rathergood.com, like these...
More kittens
Destinys'' Child (this one is one of my absolute favorites!)

Here''s a good one that my co-worker Jenna shared with me from the content she''s editing:
"I can almost see Steve Balmer dressed in the robes of a Salem judge during the Salem Witch Trials, jumping up and down screaming "burn! burn!" as the flames consume outsiders convicted of asking to see the Windows source code."
Whoa... what an interesting author!

This is sooooo wrong. OHMYGOSH. Hello Kitty vibrators. LOL... I want one. They''re cute. But not as cute as the bunny... However, that bunny''s pointy eyes look painful. Ouch!

Until people stop smoking crack and going to see movies like this one (which happens to be the top movie in the nation??? WTF!?!?!) I am not gonna go to the movies! This cannot be the #1 movie. Kangaroo Jack???? I refuse to believe it''s worth paying money to see. People, please. I am so disappointed in your taste. Makes me want to cry.

Dave has put up his new work schedule for the year. With all the white and red color blocks, though, it hurts my eyes.
Probably not as bad as it hurts him to actually work this crappy schedule. But still...

Here''s one that made me laugh:
An affordable networking device, the 7004WFW is an ably performing device that comes with some caveats that detract from its usefulness.
Why me? Why do I have to deal with crap that reads like this? I''m not in a very good mood this morning. I think I need more caffeine...

I was off work on Friday (vacation day) and today was a holiday (MLK day). So I''ve been off work for 4 days! It was so awesome. I don''t wanna go back! Don''t make me go! Don''t make me edit another freaking article about some technology that I care nothing about! Why can''t I have a job where I shop all day or something? I am really good at bargain hunting! I need a career as a personal shopper!
I colored my hair again today. Well. It''s still red. It had faded a bit and my roots were showing. So it''s just more red than it was yesterday. Maybe a smidge darker red. I love it.
Well. Off to ride the exercise bike. Gotta get rid of some of those calories I took in for dinner...

Uhm. Yeah. So I survived another round of lay offs. Yipee. Except I wanted to get laid off. So bummer. OH well.
It''s been a crappy week. But then again, I''ve had some new hope. My fertility specialist has moved me up to phase 2, and I''m now on clomiphene citrate. Let''s hope this works!
I also have an icky cold/flu type sickness. *sniffle* *cough cough* And I can barely speak. Which for me, is torture.
And check out the 1/12/03, Sunday 9:30 pm listing on Mark''s blog... yep. He speaks of me.
I''m a dork. I forgot to post that story. It''s sorta funny... heehee

so yesterday while having lunch at steak and shake, i was talking to a friend about work and why i hadn''t moved up in the company. and it hit me... the reason why i''d never been promoted... i can''t be a puppet. see, people are promoted to management positions b/c the people above those positions want someone they can make do things. but i intimidate people b/c i say what i think and rock the boat a bit. so they don''t want someone like me managing people. i might see something wrong and demand that it get fixed! so i''m no puppet. yay. i think... hmmm. requires more thought. i''ll have to come back to this at a later time.
