Somehow this sounds easier said than done:
If the company doesn''t have a solid reputation for supporting whistle-blowers, then the tech’s most viable option—if he wants to keep his job—is to go to his boss directly with the aim of persuading him to decease from using the tech’s computer.

So I had a very busy weekend. On Saturday, we had my sister''s "make up" baby shower since we had to cancel her first one b/c she was in the hospital. It was kind of cool that my nephew was there for us to pass around while oohing and ahhing over his gifts.
After everyone went home from that, Dave and I went to Ken and Angie''s for their "last huzzah" party. They are moving to Illinois soon.
I was feeling icky and exhausted, so we only stayed until about 11:30. Dang I miss being able to stay up late!
Then on Sunday we went to visit my grandmother who turned 90 years old that day! The family was there again (I''d just seen most of them on Saturday!), and it was quite crowded in her little apartment. But it was nice. Everyone passed around the baby again. And after we left there, Dave and I went to see Finding Nemo. Once I finally got home, I was so tired.
I went to bed early-ish last night and I''m absolutely beat today. I wish I didn''t have to be here at work. I think tonight I''m going to bed at 8 pm.

Well, we had our first ultrasound yesterday. We got to see the baby moving, see its heartbeat, etc. Wow. It was amazing. Here are some pics from that ultrasound. Oh, and there is only ONE baby in there. Just ONE.
I told my boss today that I''m pregnant. So I guess I can officially start telling more people at work. It just still feels odd for me to say the words "I''m pregnant."
I''m sure I''ll get used to it soon, though.

Yay! Dave is coming home tomorrow! Yay!
(On a slightly non-related note, I just noticed that this is my 101st posting to my blog. More reason to celebrate! Woohoo!)
It''s been a very long week for me and Pebby without Dave. It gets kind of lonely at home. But when I feel sick and sleepy most of the time, there''s not much I can do to remedy the situation except lay around and watch TV. But yesterday evening, I was feeling pretty good. So last night I went to my sister''s house to see Evan. My parents were there, so it was a fun family gathering. Evan has gained some weight. His clothes are fitting him better. His preemie hats are nearly too small.
We were figuring that by the time my baby is born, Evan will be pulling up on the side of the baby''s carrier and trying to walk.
Won''t that be cute? I''m still counting the days until my doctor''s appointment next week. I''ve been trying not to bite my nails, but not knowing how many babies are in there is driving me nutso! One more week, and I''ll know for sure. One more week.
I feel like my life has become one giant countdown of sorts filled with mini countdowns in between!

Well, Dave has left two long reports from his trip to Liverpool on his blog. And he''s posted about 20 pics from his trip so far to our photo gallery. (Note that most of them seem to be of his most recent fascination--the smart car.)
I''ve spoken with him twice. He said he''s finally getting used to the time difference. And he''s been working and meeting most of the time.
Pebby and I have been getting along okay so far. We just miss him a lot...

Well, Dave is on his way to Liverpool. He''s going there for a week for his new job. I''m really gonna miss him.
But Pebbly and I are doing okay. Today (after I took Dave to the airport), I went to visit my new nephew Evan. He actually looked like he''d gained some weight. He''s tiny, but so sweet. You can see his picture here.
I''m feeling a bit better today. My stomach is still upset, but for now, I feel ok. I might need to take a nap soon, though. (Although I took a nap just a bit ago...)

My sister and brother-in-law had their baby yesterday evening. Evan Joseph! He weighed just under 5 lbs (but was nearly three weeks early). He''s adorable. Looks like his daddy... with mommy''s eyes.
I hope to have pics soon.
