I've been having this same recurring conversation with a friend of mine. Holding grudges is such a waste of energy... giving all that effort of thinking angry thoughts towards something long in the past when instead you could be using all that energy towards something positive.

Good for you, Kim!

I'm really sorry to hear about your bully. My mom's bulldog was 13, almost 14, when she was put down 6 months ago. The other bully is 12 and she's starting lose her kidneys- which is a sign that the end is coming- but she is happy right now so we are holding off. Bulldogs are just the best dogs.

EEK! I read your comments on FB the morning this was happening, but to read it in full is really strange.

I never thought of them sending grievance councilors for that sort of thing, but nice that they do.

Crayon suck! I have had some success with boiling water. Boil the water in a kettle and pour the water through the stain into a towel lined sink. The crayon will melt off and resolidify on the towel. Sometimes the pigment will stain even if the wax is gone. That's when you might try the alcohol or mineral spirits. Best wishes.

I do some of the same things, like rinsing out my bathroom drink glass before using it, and also assorting some of my clothes by color.

I solved the pink/purple problem by starting the assortment with white/yellow instead of red. That way all the red to blue colors are near each other anyway. I don't have any orange clothes, so it works out :)

I also sort clothes by type (long sleeve, short sleeve, pants, skirts, dresses,) all by color or amount of pattern. I do the same thing with my shoes.

No, you're not weird... or maybe we both are :)

Reading this, I thought of the quote "of all the things I've lost, I miss my mind the most" - or something like that. Anyway, who cares what others think? The only place importance on those close to me.

You looked good to me at lunch. And your munchkins are always put together, too! I know some days are wilder than others, but you should know that you do look like you have it together. :)
